1. What are T-Miles?
Trucker Miles (T-Miles) is our way of showing our appreciation. You’ll earn T-Miles for certain activities on the road by using our app. The more activities you do the more T-Miles you get. You can use your T-Miles to get discount off products in our webshop. The more you use Truck Parking Europe the more you save!
2. How can I join?
Anyone who has signed up to Truck Parking Europe as a registered user and is logged into their account can start collecting T-Miles.
2.1 How can I start using the Truck Parking Europe app?
Go to Google Play or the App Store on your mobile device. Search for Truck Parking Europe in the store. Start downloading the app for free. Open the app and start with your log in.
2.2 How can I log in?
Start by opening the Truck Parking Europe app on your mobile device. Swipe to the right or click on the three lines in the search bar in the app to go to the menu. Push on the text ‘Sign up or register’. Choose if you want to log in by using Facebook, Google or Twitter and push on the button of your choice. Confirm your registration by pressing the ‘continue’ button. Congratulations you are logged in! Now you are ready to start collecting T-Miles.
3. How can I earn T-Miles?
T-Miles can be earned by completing different kinds of activities in our Truck Parking Europe app. These are a few examples of the activities and points you get by completing them:

You can exchange your T-Miles for discounts or products in our web shop. For every 1000 T-Miles you get 1 EUR discount. To prevent cheating or fraud, we do limit some activities to a certain number per day.
4. How do I view my T-Miles balance?
You can view your T-Miles balance when you’re logged into the Truck Parking Europe app. Swipe to the right or click on the three lines in the search bar in our app to go to the menu. Press the arrow on the right next to your login details. There you can see how many T-Miles you have saved.
5. How do I spend my T-Miles?
You can spend your T-Miles by going to the webshop on our website or via our app on your mobile device. Press ‘redeem’ in your app or log in to our webshop by using your login data from our app. Select the product that you want to buy and add it to the shopping cart. Go to the shopping cart and exchange T- Miles for discount on the product. Pay the product and you’re done.
6. Is there a limit to the number of T-Miles I can earn?
No, there is no limit. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!
7. What does the status of my T-Miles mean?
7.1 Approved
These T-Miles can be spent on products immediately.
7.2 Pending
These T-Miles need to be verified before you can spend them in our webshop.
7.3 Cancelled
These T-Miles will not be added to your account. This happens, for example, if you added a fake location for a truck parking to our map.
8. Why did my account balance go down?
Your T-Miles balance can be affected if we find out you’ve been given T-Miles for activities that do not match our guidelines. For example, leaving reviews where you are advertising illegal goods or making discriminating remarks.
9. Why can’t I see the T-Miles I earned after finishing an activity?
Sometimes, it can take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points. Still can’t see the T-Miles after a few hours? Please contact us: info@truckparkingeurope.com.
10. Can I use my T-Miles during checkout?
Yes you can. See point 5. ‘How do I spend my T-Miles?’ for more information about how to spend it.
11. How do I leave the program?
If you don’t want to collect T-Miles anymore then we can unsubscribe you. After unsubscribing your T-Miles will be gone. So don’t forget to spend them before unsubscribing. For unsubscribing please contact us by email at: info@truckparkingeurope.com. Mention ‘unsubscribe T-Miles’ in the title of the email.
12. What happens if I leave and decide to join again?
Just contact us and we’ll re-enroll you. However, your amount of T-Miles will begin from zero again.
